When to SowFebruary to April. Plant out May to June
Where to SowSow the seeds onto the surface of a well-draining seed-sowing compost in pots or trays. Lightly cover them with a fine layer of compost or vermiculite. Maintain a temperature of 18–21°C to encourage successful germination. Perfect conditions for a healthy start! Let me know if you'd like additional tips for growing.
What to Do NextOnce the seedlings are large enough to handle, carefully prick them out into 7cm (3in) pots and continue growing them under glass. When the plants reach a height of 10cm (4in), transplant them into growbags or larger pots measuring 25cm (10in). Keep growing them under glass for optimal results. Begin feeding the plants with tomato fertilizer once a week after the first fruits have set to encourage healthy growth and a fruitful harvest.
