Mustard White – Crisp and Spicy
Introducing our own selection of traditional "white" mustard. This variety produces crisp sprouts with a delightful hint of spicy flavour. Perfect for adding a zesty kick to your dishes, Mustard White is a must-have for any kitchen garden.
Handy Tip: When making a 'Mustard and Cress' mix, sow the mustard seeds 2 or 3 days after the cress seeds, as mustard grows quicker.

Technical specifications
Approx. Seed count | 2000 seeds |
When to Sow | All year round |
Where to Sow | Sow seeds thinly on the surface of moist compost in small punnets (do not cover the seeds), or on soaked tissue paper in a saucer. Regular sowings every two weeks will ensure a continuous supply of leaves to pick. |
What to Do Next | Keep the growing medium wet at all times. Windowsill sowings will grow quickly, and seedlings are best snipped off near the base as needed. |
Harvest | 4-7 days from sowing |
