This stunning flower thrives in borders and containers, making it a versatile choice for any garden. As a hardy perennial, it attracts bees and butterflies, ensuring your garden is buzzing with life. Its beautiful blooms also make excellent cut flowers, perfect for bringing a touch of nature indoors. Keep White Swan Echinaceas well-fertilized to enjoy their full splendour. Reaching a height of 60-78cm (24-28"), these plants are both functional and decorative.

Flower Seed Sowing Technique

Prepare a weed-free nursery bed with crumbly soil, moist below the surface. Mark out drills or areas for scattering seeds, spacing rows 30cm apart and labelling them. Sow seeds thinly, 2cm apart, and gently rake to cover. Water sparingly during dry spells to encourage deep root growth.
Once true leaves appear, thin plants to 10cm apart. In September or October, transplant seedlings with soil balls to the flowering site, providing some protection from winter winds in the first year.
