How to Use

Potting Containers, Tubs, and Troughs:
Ensure plants are well-watered; if dry, immerse roots in water for half an hour.
Fill the container with SylvaGrow Tub and Basket compost.
Make holes for the plants, ensuring the growing medium is at the same height on the stem as before.
Gently firm the compost around the plants and water thoroughly.
Keep the compost moist but not over-wet, avoiding runoff to prevent nutrient leaching.
After four weeks, apply a liquid feed regularly or incorporate controlled-release fertiliser granules.

Planting Hanging Baskets:
Ensure plants are well-watered; if dry, immerse roots in water for half an hour.
Stabilize the hanging basket on a sturdy plant pot.
Place a liner and a circle of plastic or plant pot saucer at the bottom for water retention.
Fill with compost, adding trailing plants through the sides as needed.
Make holes for the plants at the top, firm the compost around them, and water thoroughly.
Keep the compost moist but not over-wet; hanging baskets may need daily watering in warm weather.
After four weeks, apply a liquid feed regularly or incorporate controlled-release fertilizer granules.
