We will be closed from 24th December to 3rd January 2025. Orders placed while we are closed for Christmas will be shipped the week commencing 6th January.
Delivery prices for Mainland UK
Orders below £60 will be charged at £6.99 for Standard Delivery 3 - 5 working days.
Orders below £60 will be charged at £11.99 for Next Day Delivery 1 - 2 working days.
Orders below £60 will be charged at £11.99 for Next Day Delivery 1 - 2 working days.
We will provide FREE NEXT DAY UK MAINLAND delivery on all orders over £60.00 before any promotional discounts are applied. Orders must be placed before 12:00pm midday to receive delivery the next day. If you order between 12:01 and 00:00 the order may arrive 1-2 days from ordering. Next day delivery excludes weekends. Orders placed on Bank Holidays, Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled on the next available working day and delivered thereafter.
Please note, we will always aim to fulfil and send out orders placed before 12:00pm midday qualifying for next day delivery, however this cannot be guaranteed if the courier has issues outside of our control.

***We do not provide Free Delivery to: Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles. There are also a small number of the more remote areas of the mainland Scottish Highlands to which we currently do not deliver, in view of the limitations of our couriers. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Instructions for the courier to leave your package safe will be at your own risk. Our carriers will take images of the delivery parcel at your doorstep and also provide a GPS location where the delivery took place.
Exceptions to Next Day Delivery Products
There are products that use a different delivery protocol than our standard policy described above, most notably our wheelie bin, log stores and some of our poly-tunnels and cloches. The delivery information for these products is specified on their individual product pages. Please refer to those product pages for costs, timescales and any other delivery information.
Live Natural Pest Control Delivery
Non-standard delivery rules apply to some of our Natural Pest Control products. These are living products, so stock can run out. It is important to ensure you receive the highest quality so please see delivery information below for more details.
1. Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday first class post.
2. Orders placed before 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday first class post.
3. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Tuesday, first class post.
Natural pest control products are sent separately to other products.
Most parcel orders are dispatched with DHL. Seeds are sent by Royal Mail post. Pallets are sent with PalletForce.
Do you send on a pallet?
While most orders are dispatched using DHL parcel carrier, larger orders are delivered on pallet carriers using 18 ton rigid trucks. Pallets are sent with next-day delivery, though on occasion require 48 hours depending on location, in which case we will contact you before sending. Please inform us of any likely access problems at the time of placing your order so we can address them prior to dispatch. PLEASE NOTE - Failure to inform us of access requirements will result in a charge of £60.00 incl. VAT for re-delivery or return per pallet.
Will everything I order arrive together?
We ship orders in full with all items sent at the same time. However we do package items separately for ease of handling by the couriers and to prevent damages, this does occasionally result in a split delivery.

You can see the current status of your order and track its progress through our warehouse and on its journey to you. You can track your order here.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
At present we can only ship to UK Mainland postal addresses, but we hope to change this in future.
Alternatively, you can send back to us using a courier of your choice. Small items are cheapest to return using Royal Mail. We strongly recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. Please return the item to the return address below.

Need to return an item?
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. If you have ordered a product by mistake or no longer require the product, we can arrange collection if shipped by parcel carrier, a return charge of £9 per parcel. For larger items or orders that are delivered to you on a pallet we apply a £60 collection charge per pallet.Alternatively, you can send back to us using a courier of your choice. Returns Packaging:
Most of our products are fragile and require careful packaging before returning. Even if your item is unopened, please inspect and pack it securely with additional packaging material. We cannot accept responsibility if the item is damaged in its original packaging. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and provide images and documents to help you file a claim with your chosen courier.Returns Policy

Orders containing live creatures: We will not accept returns on unwanted items or orders placed by mistake, due to the perishable nature of the live goods.
